Beck Claims Fox Has Liberals Who Host Shows
By: Steve - November 30, 2010 - 8:30am

Are you kidding me. This has to be the biggest flat out lie Beck has ever told, and that is saying a lot. Liberals host shows at Fox, really, who are they, let's name them.

Ummmmmm, there is ahhh, no he is a Republican, then there is ahhhh, no she is a Republican. Wait, I have one, ummmmm, nope, Republican. To be serious, I can not think of one liberal who is the host of a show on Fox, and neither could Beck, after saying that, he did not name any of them.

Beck and his co-host both claim Fox has liberals who host shows, but they could not name any.

Shepard Smith is the only Fox host who is even close to being a moderate, a moderate Republican, he is nowhere near being a liberal. Alan Colmes is a liberal, Bob Beckel is a liberal, Ellis Henican is a liberal, and none of them have a show on Fox. Hell, General Wesley Clark is a moderate Democrat and he does not even have a show on Fox.

Let's get real, every single host on Fox is a Republican, a Moderate Republican, or a far right Republican. They have no liberal hosts, none, as in zero. And if Beck thinks they have liberal hosts, then he has no fricking clue what a liberal is, because they have no liberals.

To even claim Fox has liberals who host shows on Fox is just laughable, and beyond a lie. I am even starting to think Beck really is nuts, and that it's not all just an act to take the suckers money who watch him.

Beck Goes Insane Over Net Neutrality
By: Steve - November 28, 2010 - 9:30am

Glenn Beck is lying again, what a shocker, Not!

And while some people are saying Beck does not understand what net neutrality is, I am pretty sure he does, he is just lying about it for political reasons.

Beck claimed that proposed net neutrality rules are a Fairness Doctrine for the Internet, that would allow the government to "control what you see on the Internet."

In fact, he is wrong, and a liar. Net neutrality simply prohibits Internet service providers from controlling access to Internet content, and -- contrary to Beck's claim, it would not require Fox (or anyone) to change its content.

On his Fox News program, Beck claimed that net neutrality rules would require conservative news outlets to provide progressive content, falsely comparing net neutrality to the Fairness Doctrine. He said this:
BECK: They want to make sure that you can get the Huffington Post on Fox News. No, thank you. They're about to control what you see on the Internet.
That is ridiculous, and Beck is either really stupid, or a liar, maybe both. Because Net neutrality would not allow the government to dictate content on the Internet.

Contrary to claims that net neutrality allows the government to control content on the Internet, the Congressional Research Service states that net neutrality is the principle that "owners of the networks that compose and provide access to the Internet should not control how consumers lawfully use that network; and should not be able to discriminate against content provider access to that network."

The Washington Post wrote a detailed report on it, and they show you the facts. They wrote this:
Net neutrality -- the idea that all traffic on the Internet should travel at the same speed -- has been a point of contention for the Federal Communications Commission, which is proposing regulations that would ensure that broadband service providers treat all Web traffic equally.

The FCC wants to prevent Internet service providers from blocking Web applications or slowing the transmission of Web sites.
Hell the far right Christian Coalition even supports it. In its support for net neutrality, the Christian Coalition said this:
"It is an issue extremely important to America's grassroots organizations and to those Americans who want to ensure the cable and phone companies controlling access to the Internet will not discriminate.

Net Neutrality is the reason why the Internet has grown the way it has and become such an indispensible tool in our lives and our civic discourse."
So as you can see, Beck is a fool that is lying about what it does.

Beck On Thanksgiving With Lies About Inflation
By: Steve - November 25, 2010 - 10:30am

Now don't this sound like fun, sit around on Thanksgiving and discuss inflation, not. Who does that, nobody as far as I know. I am 50 years old and I went through 20 or 30 years of family dinner on Thanksgiving and I can not remember one time anyone talked about inflation, or even politics.

Thanksgiving is not the time to talk politics, it's a time to give thanks for everything you have, and to give thanks you live in America. In fact, talking politics would most like start and argument and get everyone mad, which is exactly what you do not want to do. But of course the insane Glenn Beck wants people to talk inflation at Thanksgiving.

But not only that, he lied about it. While advising his Fox News viewers to talk about inflation at their Thanksgiving dinners, Glenn Beck falsely claimed that the government removed food and energy prices from its measure of inflation to hide rising prices, that a survey showed economists are "worried" about inflation.

And that is a lie, l-i-e. Beck: Government removed "food and energy" from inflation estimate so that people wouldn't "recognize how bad things actually were."
BECK: inflation isn't even computed like it used to be computed. The government figured it out. The government realized that people could recognize how bad things actually were, so they changed how we calculated it. So, in other words, the TV could say, "There's no inflation," and you'd be going, "I'm broke. How's that happening?"

Now, they calculate inflation without adding in the price of food and energy. Oh, well, other than those going up, we're set.
Lies, Lies, Lies, and more Lies. It's all a lie, Glenn Beck is lying to you. Did I mention that Beck is lying to you. Here are the facts.

The BLS Consumer Price Index includes food and energy prices.

Contrary to Beck's claim, the government does provide inflation estimates that include food and energy prices through the All Items Consumer Price Index (CPI). In its most recent CPI report, the BLS said this: "The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 0.2 percent in October on a seasonally adjusted basis, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today." From the Bureau of Labor Statistics website:
The CPI represents all goods and services purchased for consumption by the reference population (U or W) BLS has classified all expenditure items into more than 200 categories, arranged into eight major groups. Major groups and examples of categories in each are as follows:

-- FOOD AND BEVERAGES (breakfast cereal, milk, coffee, chicken, wine, full service meals, snacks)

-- HOUSING (rent of primary residence, owners' equivalent rent, fuel oil, bedroom furniture)

-- APPAREL (men's shirts and sweaters, women's dresses, jewelry)

-- TRANSPORTATION (new vehicles, airline fares, gasoline, motor vehicle insurance)

-- MEDICAL CARE (prescription drugs and medical supplies, physicians' services, eyeglasses and eye care, hospital services)

-- RECREATION (televisions, toys, pets and pet products, sports equipment, admissions);

-- EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION (college tuition, postage, telephone services, computer software and accessories);

-- OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES (tobacco and smoking products, haircuts and other personal services, funeral expenses).
Contrary to Beck's claim that the government is only "now" providing an estimate that excludes food and energy prices, the BLS records have data for this statistic going back to January 1957. Its most recent monthly report states, "The index for all items less food and energy was unchanged in October, the third month in a row with no change," and, "Over the last 12 months, the index for all items less food and energy has risen 0.6 percent, the smallest 12-month increase in the history of the index, which dates to 1957."

Beck also claimed the NABE survey shows economists are "worried about inflation"

And that is another lie. The survey said economists project "low inflation" through 2011. NABE survey: "Growth Projections Remain Sluggish: Continued High Unemployment with Low Inflation."

Economists surveyed forecast consumer inflation to remain "below the Fed's considered comfort zone."

They forecast the Fed's preferred measure of consumer inflation -- the personal consumption expenditures price index excluding food and energy -- to rise to 1.5 percent by the end of 2011 from a projected 1.0 percent this year.

That is below the Fed's considered comfort zone between 1.7 percent and 2.0 percent. Inflation remains subdued as the economy slowly recovers from the worst recession since the 1930s. Core consumer prices rose 0.6 percent in October from a year ago, the smallest increase since records started in 1957.

So once again Beck is caught lying, and if you believe anything this moron says I feel sorry for you.

Beck Insults Barbara Bush Over Palin Comments
By: Steve - November 23, 2010 - 8:30am

In an interview on Monday, the former First Lady Barbara Bush told Larry King that she thinks Palin should stay in Alaska.

"I sat next to her once. Thought she was beautiful," Bush said. "And she's very happy in Alaska, and I hope she'll stay there."

And as soon as the story hit the news Beck jumped in to insult her, Beck called her the oatmeal box lady.

What's funny is that I am clearly not a fan of Barbara Bush, but she did have a husband who was the President, a son who was the President, and another son who was the Governor of Florida. What has Beck done, except prove to people that he is a lying spinning right-wing clown, who can make million by lying to people.

I would say Barbara Bush has earned the right to give her opinion of Stupid Sarah, especially when she is right, and for that she gets insulted by the clown Glenn Beck. And one more thing, Beck better watch what he says, because I am pretty sure Roger Ailes is a good friend of the Bush family, he even worked for Bush Sr. on his campaign.

So trashing Barbara Bush is probably not a good idea, especially when your boss is a friend of the family. And btw, Beck broke one of his own promises again, he said he would never attack the families for political reasons, oops, I guess he is not a man of his word.

Beck Caught Lying Again: What A Shocker - Not!
By: Steve - November 21, 2010 - 9:30am

I thought I had heard it all from Beck, and then he does it again. This time he claims that the health care reform bill regulates eBay sales. Yes, you heard me right, Glenn Beck told his crazy viewers that the Obama health reform bill regulates eBay sales.

On the November 16 edition of his Fox News show, Beck encouraged his viewers to "downsize your life" by selling "unused stuff" online. He added: "Don't forget, starting next year in the health care bill for some unknown reason, if you sell anything worth more than $600, you need to send out a 1099:
BECK: Now, I'm -- to be totally up front with you. You can use whatever you want. You can sell it on eBay or Craigslist or whatever. Now, you could have just a yard sale -- that is if the government is still allowing that in your area.

And don't forget, starting next year in the health care bill for some unknown reason, if you sell anything worth more than $600, you need to send out a 1099. So this will be your last chance before the end of the year to do all the selling without any of the paperwork. Get the clutter out of your life and then I ask you to please use that money wisely. Invest it. Invest it in food storage. Have the extra on hand because we need to be a shelter for others.
In fact, provision requires businesses to file a 1099 for purchases of more than $600, and it does not start until 2012, not 2011 as Beck claimed. The Wall Street Journal reported this on July 29:
Starting in 2012, businesses will be required to file a 1099 to the Internal Revenue Service for each supplier or service provider to which payments exceed $600 in a single year.

They are already required by law to report payments to non-corporate service providers, but the health-care law broadened that to include corporate vendors and purchases of goods.
That means in 2012 BUSINESSES will be required to file a 1099 to the Internal Revenue Service for each supplier or service provider to which payments exceed $600 in a single year.

And on top of that both Republican and Democratic members of Congress have signaled their desire to amend the requirement. President Obama has also said that the provision "appears to be too burdensome for small businesses" and cited it as an example of "where I think we can tweak and make improvements on the progress that we've made. That's true for any significant piece of legislation."

So they will amend the requirement before 2012, and it will never happen, even for BUSINESSES. Making Glenn Beck a MASSIVE LIAR who has no idea what he is talking about. He just made it all up to get you to use that website he promotes that sells things, who sponsor his radio show. And if you are stupid enough to believe his lies, I feel sorry for you.

Beck Fearmongers About A $77 Cup Of Coffee
By: Steve - November 18, 2010 - 8:30am

And yes, I am serious. Beck claims that food prices are going to go so high it will cost you $77 for a cup of coffee. And he claims he never fearmongers, then what the hell is it. Because it's not going to happen, ever. It's all lies and fear tactics from the totally insane Glenn Beck.

And before I report this story let me say this, I normally do not call for someone to be taken off the air, but now I am, it is time for Fox to take Beck off the air.

Last week, Beck repeatedly used his Fox News show to hype predictions from what he called the "credible people" at the National Inflation Association (NIA) of a coming "food crisis." Beck cited NIA's forecast of huge increases in the cost of food, which Beck has said is a result of both the Federal Reserve's efforts at quantitative easing, and George Soros' supposed sinister plot to devalue the dollar for his own personal gain.

According to its website, the NIA "is an organization that is dedicated to preparing Americans for hyperinflation and helping Americans not only survive, but prosper in the upcoming hyperinflationary crisis." The group is headed by Gerard Adams, who is also president of Wall Street Grand, a website that makes penny stock picks. NIA also makes stock picks.

Both NIA and Wall Street Grand push a wide variety of precious metals stocks. Thoma told Media Matters that NIA "seems to be designed to get people to invest in gold and silver by making them believe that hyperinflation is just around the corner," and speculated that there might be "a connection between the site and firms operating in gold and silver markets."

In a report published November 5, Adams responded to the Federal Reserve's announcement that it would be engaging in $600 billion in quantitative easing by saying that agricultural commodity prices would "go through the roof like nothing any American has ever experienced before." He predicted, for example, that a loaf of bread "would likely rise to around $23.05" and a bar of Hershey's milk chocolate would reach $15.50. Adams provides no explanation for how he reached those figures.

On Monday, Beck said that he had NIA "checked out six ways to Sunday" and "these are credible people." He then provided NIA's predictions for food costs, and commented, "Welcome to your future of monetizing the debt." Beck listed the same predicted costs on Wednesday, suggesting that the increases would be due to Soros' purported efforts to "devalue the dollar."

On Thursday, he brought up the prices again, saying, "I don't know if any of this is true." He added: "We called several experts to verify, 'Do you think this is true?' They said, no, they don't think that's true because they just think that people won't have any money to be able to afford $77 coffee."

But according to Baker, the idea that these sorts of price increases are coming makes no sense. He says that the Fed's quantitative easing "is $600 billion in a $15 trillion economy with massive amounts of idle capacity. If you multiple it by 1000 then maybe you might get the sort of hyperinflation they are talking about." He added, "Will Martians land in NYC? Will newborn babies have gills? Do they have any evidence in the world to support this view?"

Baker also points out that "if any significant number of people believed this crap, they would be shorting long-term bonds and pushing U.S. interest rates up," which isn't happening.

Givens agreed that there's "no economic reason for a surge in food prices like they're talking about." Thoma similarly cited the NIA's use of the term "hyperinflation" as evidence that they are "trying to sell something rather than present any sort of objective, factual information."

Economists tell Media Matters that they've "never heard" of the organization Glenn Beck has cited to fearmonger over a coming "food crisis," and mocked the group's conclusion that massive inflation in food prices is imminent.

Dean Baker, the co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research, said he's "never heard" of NIA, but told Media Matters their conclusions are ridiculous on their face: "Inflation is falling, not rising, this is crazy." Josh Bivens of the Economic Policy Institute agreed, saying that he's "definitely never heard of them," but that based on their forecast, "no one would say they're a group you'd look to for serious analysis."

Likewise, Mark Thoma, professor of economics at the University of Oregon, who blogs at Economist's View, said, "I have never heard of this association and would not give it any credibility." He added that "credible economists concerned about inflation do not believe we will get anywhere near to hyperinflation."

Here is how confident I am that coffee will never go to $77.00 a cup. If a cup of coffee even goes to $20.00 within the next 10 years, I will shut this website down and take it offline.

And if you believe the Government would let the price of bread go to $23.00 a loaf, so most people could not afford it, you are truly insane. Fox, it's time to take Beck off the air.

Beck Explains Why He Went To Fox News
By: Steve - November 16, 2010 - 9:30am

On the Monday Glenn Beck show he said he went to Fox because they "let me be me."

Let me translate that statement for you, it means he went to Fox because he could not find any other network that would hire his crazy ass.

Now what does that say about Fox, that they would let Beck be Beck, it says that they do not care about journalism or honesty, they just care about getting ratings from the far right loons that watch Fox to see right-wing propaganda.

Howard Kurtz Slams Beck For Soros Nazi Attacks
By: Steve - November 15, 2010 - 10:30am

Howard Kurtz really hammered Beck for his bogus Nazi links to George Soros, he said Beck branding Soros as a Holocaust collaborator is "truly pathetic," and also said it was the "lowest blow imaginable"

And btw folks, Kurtz is no liberal, I would say he is a moderate Republican, and he is married to a big shot Republican who works for the Republican party.

The Truth About George Soros & The Nazis
By: Steve - November 14, 2010 - 9:30am

Here is a copy of an article by Brad Knickerbocker, a staff writer for the Christian Science Monitor. It explains what George Soros did as a 13 year old kid when the Nazis invaded his native Hungary. It turns out that has parents did what they had to to keep him alive, what would you do, the same thing I bet.

What's with Glenn Beck's fascination with Nazis?

Fox News Glenn Beck says liberal philanthropist George Soros was complicit in "sending Jews to the death camps" - even though Soros escaped the Holocaust as a young Jewish teenager.

The fight between Fox News commentator Glenn Beck and liberal billionaire philanthropist George Soros has escalated to the rhetorically nuclear stage.

How much worse can it get when one links the other to anti-Semitism and Nazism? And how much weirder can it get when the target of that charge escaped the Holocaust as a young Jewish teenager?

That, in essence, is what Beck is now saying about Soros, the controversial financier who's long been the target of Beck's ire. "Here's a Jewish boy sending Jews to the death camps," Beck said this week.

The story is a lot more complicated than that.

Soros was 13 when Nazi Germany invaded his native Hungary. In order to escape detection as a Jew, his family had him live with a Hungarian government official as the official's Christian "godson."

The basis of Beck's charge is that young Soros had to accompany the official when the man was ordered to inventory Jewish property for confiscation - an episode likely to have remained obscure but for the fact that Soros himself mentioned it in interviews.

While he's a supporter of Israel, Soros today is no Zionist. He's been criticized for his support of "J Street," the liberal Jewish lobbying group that (among other things) sees Jewish settlements in the occupied territories as an obstacle to peace in the region.

But even major Jewish figures and organizations say Beck has gone way over the line in his comments about Soros.

"For a political commentator or entertainer to have the audacity to say - inaccurately - that there's a Jewish boy sending Jews to death camps, as part of a broader assault on Mr. Soros, that's horrific," said Abraham Foxman, director of Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and a Holocaust survivor.

"While I, too, may disagree with many of Soros' views and analysis on the issues, to bring in this kind of innuendo about his past is unacceptable," said Foxman in a statement. "To hold a young boy responsible for what was going on around him during the Holocaust as part of a larger effort to denigrate the man is repugnant."

Commentary magazine, the neoconservative publication founded in 1945 by the American Jewish Committee, has long been critical of Soros. But on the publication's website, executive editor Jonathan Tobin writes:

"Beck is in no position to pontificate about the conduct of Holocaust survivors and should refrain from even commenting about this subject. Such topics really must be off-limits, even in the take-no-prisoners world of contemporary punditry."

Tobin continues: "There is much to criticize about George Soros's career, and his current political activities are troubling. But Beck's denunciation of him is marred by ignorance and offensive innuendo. Instead of providing sharp insight into a shady character, all Beck has done is further muddy the waters and undermine his own credibility as a commentator."

Like Soros, Beck is a complicated public figure. On-air, he can weep emotionally while at the same time (according to his critics) rhetorically targeting his opponents in ways that may inspire violence in unstable listeners.

As recently as last month, he was described by ADL's Foxman as "a friend of the Jewish people, and a friend of Israel."

Yet Fox News officials in the past have had to explain and defend Beck's comments invoking Nazis and the Holocaust - which he frequently does in blasting his ideological opponents. In July, Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank tallied up Beck's references: "202 mentions of Nazis or Nazism, according to transcripts, 147 mentions of Hitler, 193 mentions of fascism or fascist, and another 24 bonus mentions of Joseph Goebbels" - most of them directed at President Obama.

Nazism is a fact of history with an imagery that Beck seems to hold in deep fascination - a subject that no doubt will be pored over by grad students specializing in politics and the media, not to mention psychoanalysts.

The cover of his 2009 book "Arguing with Idiots: How to Stop Small Minds and Big Government" features Beck in a military uniform that looks suspiciously German.

Maybe he was just being ironic.

The Beck So-Called Puppet Master Show Was Ridiculous
By: Steve - November 10, 2010 - 11:30am

Back in June, during one of his "I'm always right" statements, Glenn Beck announced that if he "gets out of control and starts leveling baseless charges that can't be backed up," then he would be "fired."

As I report here, Beck levels baseless charges for a living, but he still never gets fired. On wednesday Beck even said he "could not stay on air" if he fabricated smears about George Soros. then he did an entire puppet master show on Soros that was full of lies, and yet, he is still on the air.

Now if you go by his own standards, Glenn Beck should have been fired after his Tuesday show.

Beck profiled the so-called "puppet master" George Soros, who Beck claims controls the media, the global economy, and the political process. Which caused Beck and his research staff a lot of trouble. Because Beck's show was full of flat out lies, cropped quotes, and distorted history.

While there are way too many "baseless charges" from last night's program to report, I will report on Beck's attempts to back up his claim that Soros is some kind of creepy "puppet master."

1) Beck argued that the McCain-Feingold was a result of a 1994 speech by George Soros. Except Feingold had repeatedly expressed support for campaign finance reform well before the Soros speech, and he even campaigned on reform during his 1992 Senate run.

2) Beck then claimed campaign finance legislation "led to the explosion of 501(c)(3) groups, which can advertise at will." Which is a flat out lie, because 501(c)(3) groups are prohibited from political advertising -- which the IRS states explicitly.

3) Beck claimed that Soros "set the agenda" when he called for a large stimulus bill in November of 2008. This claim defies reality, because President Obama, Congress, and numerous economists like Paul Krugman had already called for a major stimulus bill well before the Soros speech.

And that claim is just insane, so if someone gives a speech that says we should do a stimulus, then they do it, somehow that means they did it because the person gave a speech, and that makes them a puppet master. Are you kidding me, give me a break, it's crazy.

Especially when all the economic experts were already saying we must have a stimulus bill, including Paul Krugman at The NY Times. It would be like me saying we should send more troops to Afghanistan, then Obama does it, and I say he did it because I called for it. Which would also be crazy.

Keep in mind that what Beck did about Soros was the result of weeks of work by Beck and his staff. He's been hyping it endlessly on both his radio and TV shows, yet it was still full of lies, it was so bad it would have received a failing grade in a high school history class.

Near the end of the show, Beck said that "as long as I have breath, I will use that breath to speak about what I truly believe is the truth."

As he spent an hour spewing out non-stop lies and right-wing spin. When you have a platform to reach millions of people, but both you and your research staff are too stupid to know that 501(c)(3) groups cannot "advertise at will," the fact that you say you truly believe the things you are saying is ridiculous.

Not to mention, you lied your ass off about Soros, and you were not fired, but you should be.

Glenn Beck Is Sending Me Mail
By: Steve - November 10, 2010 - 10:30am

Now this is funny, Glenn Beck, or some idiot that works for him, has decided to send me mail. But to be honest, it's most likely some Beck loving loser added my name to the Beck mailing list.

Which is pretty stupid, and about as lame of a trick you can do. Because all I did was mark it as spam and then they all go to my spam folder. And I could have just put a block on them, but I thought it would be funny to just keep letting them go to my spam folder.

And here is a message for the idiot who added me to the Beck mailing list, thanks for the laugh. You are a total loser, because it probably took you more time to add my name to the list, then it took me to mark it as spam.

Good job, you have proven to be a total right-wing fool. Because what good did it do to add me to the Beck mailing list, I sure as hell did not read any of them, I just marked it as spam, then I never saw any of them again. So what was your point, all you did was waste your time, for nothing.

One other thing needs to be pointed out here, the honest mailing lists have a confirmation feature to keep things like this from happening. They send you an e-mail at the address that was submitted, and you have to confirm if you actually submitted it to the mailing list. Beck does not do that, and I did not get any confirmation e-mail. Which is just one more example of how dishonest and corrupt Glenn beck is, hey Beck, get a confirmation feature on your mailing list you jerk.

Beck Does Puppet Master Countdown Show
By: Steve - November 9, 2010 - 10:30am

Talk about ridiculous, this was beyond ridiculous. On the Monday Glenn Beck show he talked about his Tuesday show that will expose the puppet master, George Soros.

Beck unveils Puppet Master Revealed countdown, promises to "uncover the truth that has been hidden in plain sight"

I will not report it all, but I will talk about a couple things Beck said. Near the end of the Monday show Beck said he was going to expose George Soros as the puppet master, whatever that means. Now get this, Beck said Soros is the 35th richest man in the world, and that he could not say what he is going to say Tuesday and stay on the air.

Are you kidding me, really Glenn, did you really say that. Give me a break, you can say anything on Fox and nothing will happen, because Fox does not have any journalistic standards. If they did you would have been fired a long time ago, so what you are saying is ridiculous for just that.

One person at Fox was not even fired for saying they wish Obama and Osama would be killed, so they sure as hell would not do anything to Beck for talking about George Soros.

Beck acts like Soros has so much money that he could never lie about him, or Soros would have him taken off the air. And that is just insane, because Soros can not do anything to Beck no matter what he says about him. And that has to be one of the craziest things Beck has ever said, which is saying a lot.

More Proof Glenn Beck Is A Biased & Partisan Joke
By: Steve - November 8, 2010 - 9:30am

Beck promoted a show he is doing on George soros, he calls him a puppet master, and says because of Soros your republic's at stake.

Now what did George Soros do that is so bad, that would make him a puppet master, and would mean your republic is at stake. He did what every Republican and Democrat in America does, he gave money to groups he supports politically. Nothing more, nothing less. He simply made a 100% legal donation to a few liberal groups, which is what everyone in America does when they support someone.

Beck has turned George Soros into the devil, for simply donating some of his money to liberal groups. But notice what Beck does not do, attack Republicans for doing the exact same thing. Karl Rove has a 527 that spend millions and millions of dollars on winning elections for Republicans, without disclosing who gave him the money, and that is far worse than what Soros does, but Beck never says a word about any of it.

With Soros you know he gave the money, so there is full disclosure, and he is not giving it directly to candidates for office, like the Rove group does. Making what Rove does 10 times worse than what Soros does. Not to mention, it's 100% legal, and people are even encouraged to give money to people they support politically.

But somehow in the crazy land of Glenn Beck, George Soros is this evil puppet master who is trying to destroy the country, for simply donating money to people he agrees with politically. And it's not just Glenn Beck who is spewing this nonsense out, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh are doing it too.

They are all 100% right-wing liars, every one of them. This is crazy, it's garbage, it's nonsense, and it's nothing but right-wing propaganda. Because George Soros is just a liberal who is trying to make the country better, and he is trying to counter the billions of dollars that are being spent by far right groups like the Rove group.

The fact that Beck only goes after Soros for giving money out to liberals is proof he is a biased right-wing idiot. Because he does not say a word about the billions Republicans are getting from billionaires in the Republican party. And it's all legal, Soros is not breaking any laws, or doing anything wrong.

In Beckworld, you are only the puppet master devil if you give money to liberals, but if you give money to far right conservatives you are a hero.

Beck Compares His Book To The Death Star
By: Steve - November 5, 2010 - 8:30am

For the non-nerds out there like me, I was told the Death Star is from the movie Star Wars. I have seen the movie of course, but I did not pay much attention to what the Death Star is, I just enjoyed the movie.

Here is what the insane Beck said, Beck compares his book to "the Death Star" and once again refers to Soros as Emperor Palpatine:

I read a few comments about this at media Matters, and here are what a few of them said.

1) "An idiot this guy is" - Yoda

2) Another bad analogy from Nostradumbass?

See, the Emperor built the Death Star. If your book is "like the Death Star", and Soros is the Emperor, that means Soros wrote your book.

Dumbass.

3) Um, okay. Beck has clearly never seen Star Wars.

Sarah Palin Backs Crazy Glenn Beck 100 Percent
By: Steve - November 3, 2010 - 9:30am

As you may or may not know, over the last 6 months or so, Glenn Beck has used violent language on his radio and tv show. Beck talks about revolution, piling bodies on the streets, etc. Which has lead to a few people that watch his show to try and kill liberals, etc.

So David Brock from Media Matters called on Beck to stop using the violent language, instead of doing what Brock asked Beck continued with the violent rhetoric, and ignored the request from Brock. David Brock also called on Sarah Palin to denounce what Beck is saying, and not only did she refuse, she told Beck she supports him 100 percent.

And why not, she has also used violent rhetoric, she put rifle scope crosshairs on a map of America to mark the districts where Democrats are up for election. She also used words like reload and shoot to kill, while talking about beating Democrats in specific elections. So she is just as bad as Beck, minus the radio and tv show.

Last week, Sarah Palin rejected Media Matters for America CEO David Brock's call to condemn Glenn Beck's violent rhetoric. Beck's rhetoric was recently cited as inspiration for death threats issued against Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) and against debate organizers in Illinois. Pittsburgh police shooter Richard "Pop" Poplawski revealed that he "loved Glenn Beck" and was obsessed with survivalist theories Beck, and beck also inspired the would-be Tides assassin Byron Williams who said Beck is like "a schoolteacher on TV for him."

Brock to Palin: "stop this insanity." In an October 26 appearance on The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell, David Brock called for Sarah Palin to "stop this insanity." Brock explained that Palin is uniquely poised to help scale back Beck's violent rhetoric.

Palin responds on Beck's radio show: "I stand with you, Glenn." Responding to Media Matters, Palin called in to the October 28 edition of Glenn Beck's radio show to reaffirm her support for Beck.

Now of course both Beck and Palin have a right to free speech, and I support that right 100 percent, even for them. But when you knowingly use violent language and images to make a political argument, it is wrong. Just because you have a right to do it, does not mean you should.

I hate most Republicans, but I do not put rifle scope crosshairs on a map to mark their districts, or say it's time to reload, or make death threats to any of them. I call them idiots, and brainwashed fools, but I never use violent language or images when I talk about them. And you never hear about anyone who reads my blog getting a gun and going to kill conservatives.

I could do what Beck and Palin do, and call for armed revolution against conservatives with violent language and images, But I don't, because you never know what kind of nut will listen to you and try to kill someone based on what you said. I have a right to do it, but I don't. And what makes it worse is that a lot of what Beck and Palin say that make their followers so mad is either spin, or flat out lies, like Death Panels, etc.

It's Official: Beck Has Totally Lost His Mind
By: Steve - November 2, 2010 - 8:30am

On the 10-31-10 Glenn Beck show he said most of the violence is coming from the left. And before you say, he never said that, here is the proof.

This is insanity. Beck should be hauled away to a padded room by big men in white coats. Because not only has the left not been involved in most of the violence, they have not been involved in any of it. It's all coming from the right, and the only thing I can think of to explain what Beck said is that he is a liar, plain and simple, he just made it up.
